POSITION DETAILS
Position: Executive – Logistics | MIS & Operations
Location: Mumbai Head Office
Payroll: LOBO Staffing Payroll
CTC: 2.5 – 3.0 LPA
Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 23,000
Experience: 0–5 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Benefits: Statutory benefits as applicable under LOBO Staffing payroll
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate / B.Com / M.Com
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Advanced Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with strong knowledge of MS Office, Advanced Excel, positive communication skills and a willingness to learn will be considered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The selected candidate will support Pan-India Logistics, Stores, MIS, Compliance and Operational Coordination, including:
Petro Card & Expense Monitoring
- Verify Petro Card recharges and maintain trackers.
- Check and maintain petty cash records across branches.
Branch & Vehicle Monitoring
- Monitor branch CCTV checks and hygiene compliance.
- Monitor vehicle GPS across branches.
- Maintain Pan-India vehicle maintenance records.
Logistics & Documentation
- Create Purchase Orders and perform related data entry.
- Coordinate collection of cold-room photographs from all branches every Monday.
- Check POD scanning and filing in the Azure folder.
- Maintain monthly POD confirmation reports.
- Generate E-Way Bills from stores.
Sales & MIS Reconciliation
- Perform sales data reconciliation between ILE, Sales Register, Batch Sales Register and Fill Rate Register, subject to verification by the reporting team.
- Maintain accurate MIS, trackers and operational records.
Licences & Compliance Tracking
Track and maintain records for:
- Weighing Scale licences/calibration
- Thermometer calibration
- Stores Rent Agreements
- FOSTAC / Food Safety Training Certificates
- Shop & Establishment / Trade Licences
- FSSAI Licences
- Other applicable branch compliance documents
Cold Room & Maintenance Coordination
- Maintain Pan-India cold-room servicing and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with relevant branches/vendors for timely follow-up.
Additional Responsibilities
- After approximately two months,
the candidate will also be assigned responsibilities related to the BC System, including stock movement entries, approved stock adjustments and related system transactions.
