- Role: Graphic Designer (individual contributor), on-site in the Bangalore office, 5 days a week
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional design
- Work type: B2B and B2C campaigns across social media, ads, websites, presentations, emails and short videos
- Must-have tools: Photoshop and Illustrator at an advanced level, plus a strong portfolio
- Must-have AI skills: Production-level use of tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway and ChatGPT image generation, and prompt writing. Finishing AI output in Photoshop or Illustrator is also needed.
- Positive to have: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, agency experience
