Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated PPC Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to support production planning, material coordination, scheduling, inventory control, and shop-floor coordination. The candidate will work closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth and timely production.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing daily and weekly production plans and schedules.
- Monitor production progress against planned targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Track material availability and identify shortages affecting production.
- Support MRP / ERP system activities and update production-related data.
- Maintain production planning reports, MIS, and daily status reports.




- Monitor WIP, inventory, and finished goods levels.
- Follow up on pending materials, components, and purchase orders.
- Assist in preparing work orders, production orders, and dispatch schedules.
- Identify production delays and escalate issues to seniors.
- Support capacity planning and machine loading activities.
- Maintain accurate records of production, rejection, downtime, and pending orders.
- Support continuous improvement activities related to productivity, inventory, and planning.
