Role & responsibilities

- Visit kitchen appliance, electrical and home appliance dealers/retailers on a daily basis.

- Generate new dealer accounts and expand the company's dealer network.

- Take regular orders from existing dealers and develop new business opportunities.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and consistently grow sales in the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers.

- Promote company products, new launches, schemes and dealer offers.

- Follow up on pending orders and coordinate with the distribution team for timely delivery.

- Follow up with dealers for payment collection and outstanding amounts.

- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities.

- Identify potential retail outlets and develop new market areas.

- Maintain daily market visit, order and sales reports.

- Ensure excellent dealer service and resolve basic dealer queries.

- Travel extensively within the assigned territory using a two-wheeler.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15 years of experience in Field Sales, Dealer Sales, Retail Sales or Distribution Sales preferred.

- Candidates from Consumer Durables, Kitchen Appliances, Electrical, FMCG, Consumer Electronics or Wholesale/Distribution industries are preferred.





- Experience in handling dealers and retail shops will be an advantage.

- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Tamil communication is mandatory.

- Should be comfortable with daily field visits and travelling within the assigned territory.

- Strong sales, follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.

- Should have a strong desire to achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.

- Candidates with existing dealer/retailer contacts in Tambaram, Mudichur and South Chennai will be preferred.
