Available Positions & Qualifications

1. Cafe Manager

- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall cafe operations, inventory, budgeting, and P&L; performance.
- Lead, train, and mentor the cafe team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Ensure smooth floor operations, high food/beverage quality, and strict hygiene protocols.
- Requirements: 5-8+ years of experience managing specialty coffee shops or premium F&B; outlets.

1. Assistant Cafe Manager

- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Cafe Manager in daily operational workflows, scheduling, and inventory audits.
- Manage customer feedback, resolve service issues, and maintain quality assurance.
- Supervise floor staff and step in during peak hours to ensure fast, productive service.
- Requirements: 3-5 years of supervisor/assistant management experience in high-volume cafes or restaurants.

1. F&B; Supervisor

- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor front-of-house operations, guest satisfaction, and table turn-around times.
- Train junior staff on service guidelines, menu items, and POS systems.
- Track daily stock levels and coordinate with kitchen/barista stations.
- Requirements:



2-4 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B; operations.

1. F&B; Associate

- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, take orders, serve specialty coffee and wholesome food items promptly.
- Maintain table cleanliness, hygiene standards, and pleasant customer interactions.
- Handle order entries, billing, and customer payments accurately.
- Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of customer-facing experience in cafs or quick-service restaurants (QSRs).

1. F&B; Trainee (Fresher)

- Key Responsibilities:
- Learn basic cafe workflows, barista assistance, table service, and cleanliness protocols.
- Support floor and kitchen staff during busy operational shifts.
- Requirements: Freshers with strong communication skills, enthusiastic attitude, and a passion for hospitality.
