Scrum Master Revenue Management & Support

Level: Analyst / Senior Analyst.

Role Purpose The Scrum Master Data & Business Intelligence will enable high-performing Agile teams delivering Data Analytics, Power BI, Finance Analytics, AP, AR, Business Operations, Data Engineering, Automation and AI/ML initiatives.

The role will act as an Agile Delivery & Transformation Partner, enabling teams to work effectively, improving delivery predictability, removing impediments, strengthening stakeholder collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.

The role is expected to go beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies and establish a strong culture of accountability, transparency, disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive successful sprint execution by tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and requirements.
- Support Agile delivery for Data Analytics, Power BI, Business Intelligence, Finance Analytics, AP/AR, and Data Engineering projects.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and technical teams to ensure transparent communication and timely delivery.
- Manage Jira governance, ensuring accurate tracking of epics, stories, tasks, defects, and sprint status.
- Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, quality, predictability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and business-value delivery.
- Monitor Agile KPIs and support the achievement of measurable business outcomes.

Required Experience

- 3 to 7 years of experience in Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting technology, Data Analytics or BI teams.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience managing dependencies, impediments and delivery risks.
- Experience partnering with Product Owners, Business Analysts and technical teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles.

- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- SAFe Scrum Master
- PMI-ACP
- SAFe Agilist

Technical Exposure The candidate should be technically conversant, although hands-on development is not mandatory.
