Role & responsibilities
- To answer every call that lands on their extension effectively, driving towards conversion of clients.
- To be able to coordinate with the OP team with an ease to accommodate the patients.
- Should be able to understand the patients need and guide them to the right consultants.
- Have complete knowledge of all unit doctors, with their specialty and experience, to explain to the callers.
- To ensure that end-to-end solution is provided.
- Adherence to the script / Quality of Calls and Procedures.
- Patient Impacting Errors / Non-Patient Impacting Errors.
Preferred candidate profile:
Qualification: 10th +
Languages to be known: English, Hindi and Telugu Mandatory
