Job Purpose:

To ensure accurate data collection, effective reporting, and continuous improvement in customer handling by analyzing CRM data, monitoring team performance, and driving structured processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure correct and complete data entry by CRM Executives
- Maintain data in clear, visual formats (dashboards/reports) for easy tracking
- Analyze daily/weekly CRM reports to identify gaps and improvement areas
- Review customer call recordings to assess quality and identify issues
- Plan and conduct team training based on performance gaps
- Monitor and manage CRM system usage
- Recommend improvements in CRM processes and system utilization
- Drive action plans to improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in CRM / Customer Service / Operations
- Strong experience in data analysis and reporting
- Team handling and training experience
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/dashboarding
- Robust attention to detail and process orientation
