Role & responsibilities
- 1+ years in Talent Acquisition with International BPO volume hiring
- Should do high-volume recruitment for International Voice, Non-Voice, and Technical Support roles
- Good experience as a team player
- Prior experience in BPO recruitment and bulk hiring and Solid knowledge in Sourcing (From Portal/Social Media)
- Comfortable in doing cold calling and align 10-15 interviews daily
- Collecting & reviewing applications to shortlist right candidates.
- Posting/publishing available vacancies on major job posting sites.
