Role & responsibilities:

- Convert research into engaging short-form real estate scripts.
- Short-form & Long-form video writing, Storytelling, Real Estate Understanding.
- Creative thinking, Clarity of communication, Adaptability to feedback Speed with quality.
- Develop compelling and well-structured scripts for real estate related videos, including explainers, vlogs, and project reviews.
- Research industry trends and market insights to create impactful narratives.
- Work closely with video editors, animators, and content strategists to align scripts with visual storytelling.
- Edit and refine scripts based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay updated with business trends and storytelling techniques to enhance content quality.

Requirements:





- 2-6 years of experience in scriptwriting, preferably in business, finance, or corporate content.
- Solid storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.
- Experience in writing for video content, including explainer videos and interviews.
- Understanding of business domains such as finance, or real estate is a plus.
- Excellent research skills and ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in English/Hinglish with exceptional writing and editing skills.
