Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced W2 Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for W2 opportunities across the United States. The recruiter will work closely with account managers and hiring managers to fulfill client requirements within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for W2 positions.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and networking channels to identify candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and documentation requirements.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with consultants and candidates.

Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing recruitment.
- Strong understanding of W2 hiring and employment processes.
- Experience working with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, and QA.
- Knowledge of tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
