About the Role

Amartex Industries Ltd. is looking for a creative and energetic Visual Merchandiser to support the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising standards across stores.

The candidate will work closely with the VM and Retail Operations teams to ensure attractive product presentation, effective displays, proper store layouts and timely execution of seasonal and promotional VM activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Visual Merchandising

- Support the implementation of VM guidelines and store display standards.
- Ensure proper product presentation, folding, hanging and colour coordination.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays across assigned stores.
- Support the VM team in setting up window displays, mannequins, fixtures and promotional areas.
- Ensure current arrivals and key products are prominently displayed.

Store Visits & VM Checks
- Visit assigned stores regularly to monitor VM standards.
- Identify gaps in product presentation and display execution.
- Share observations with the senior VM/manager and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure shelves, racks and display areas remain neat and commercially presentable.

Seasonal & Promotional Displays
- Assist in implementing seasonal, festive, promotional and new collection displays.




- Support timely changeover of displays as per the VM calendar.
- Assist with installation of promotional signage and marketing communication materials.

Product Presentation
- Ensure correct size sequencing, colour blocking, folding and hanging.
- Monitor product density and avoid empty or overcrowded display areas.
- Coordinate with store teams for product movement required for display changes.
- Ensure displayed merchandise is available and properly replenished.

Coordination
- Work closely with Store Managers, Store Staff, Retail Operations, Merchandising and Senior VM team.
- Guide store staff on basic VM standards and display requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for VM materials, fixtures, signage and other requirements.
- Support senior VM team during new store openings and store revamps.

Reporting
- Take photographs of store displays and share regular VM updates.
- Maintain basic VM audit/checklist reports.
- Track pending VM corrections and follow up with store teams.
- Maintain records of store visits and VM activities.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising / Retail.
- Freshers with relevant Fashion Design / VM education and strong creative skills may also be considered.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, department stores or organized retail will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
