A Visa Counselor guides clients through international travel, study, work, or immigration processes by explaining requirements, verifying paperwork, and submitting applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Assess candidate profiles to determine suitable visa categories (study, work, tourist, or permanent residency).
- Documentation & Filing: Collect, verify, and organize legal documents, application forms, and university or embassy submissions.
- Policy Tracking: Stay updated on changing global immigration laws, embassy guidelines, and processing timelines
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary contact for client queries, track application statuses, and liaise with internal teams or external authorities.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate database records, CRM updates, and confidential client files.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
