- Provide dedicated technical support to VIP clients senior management(MD, CEO,VPS,GM, Executive Director) including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and proactive issue resolution.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on VIP client systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all support activities, client interactions, and issue resolutions in the service management system.
- Provide training and guidance to VIP clients on the use of IT systems and applications.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends, tools,



and best practices to provide creative solutions to VIP clients.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of VIP client information and data.
