About the Role

We are looking for a creative Videographer cum Editor who can independently manage video production from concept and shooting through editing and final delivery.

The candidate will create high-quality video content for Essence Health across social media, educational content, product marketing, brand campaigns, healthcare awareness, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content.
- Produce short-form and long-form content.
- Create vertical-first content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Develop product, educational,



healthcare, brand, and marketing videos.
- Work with healthcare experts, doctors, founders, and internal teams for video production.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio, and production setup.
- Develop storyboards and shot lists.
- Create motion graphics and basic animations.
- Edit videos using professional editing software.
- Develop UGC-style and performance-oriented creative.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form content.
- Optimize videos for different platforms.
- Use AI-assisted editing and generative workflows where appropriate.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across video content.
- Support interviews, podcasts, webinars, product demonstrations, and campaigns.
