We're looking for a versatile Video Editor to join our team. Most of your work will be short-form vertical content, Reels and Shorts, that are fast, punchy, and keep people watching. You'll also edit long-form videos for YouTube, brand films, and other projects. If you know why one edit gets replays and another gets swiped away, and you can keep a 10-minute video just as engaging, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do

- Edit vertical (9:16) content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts across several brands and creators
- Edit long-form content such as YouTube videos, podcasts, brand films, and campaign videos
- Build dynamic edits with sharp pacing, smooth transitions, motion text, sound design and beat-synced cuts
- Keep up with trending formats, audio, edit styles, and platform changes, and bring fresh ideas to every project
- Use AI tools (captions, upscaling, background removal, voice, generative B-roll, etc.) to work faster and raise quality
- Repurpose long-form footage into several short-form cuts
- Work with creative and strategy teams on feedback and revisions, and meet tight deadlines
- Keep project files, assets, and versions organised for a smooth remote workflow

What We're Looking For

- At least 6 months of experience as an editor at a video production agency or creative agency
- A robust portfolio, especially short-form vertical edits; long-form samples are a plus (please share links)
- Skill with Premiere Pro and After Effects
- A clear sense of what works on YouTube and Instagram: pacing, retention, edit trends, and platform-native styles
- Hands-on experience with AI editing and generation tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, MidJourney, Kling, OpenArt, Higgsfield, or similar)
- A good eye for typography, colour and audio
- Comfortable switching between quick-turnaround short edits and longer, story-driven projects
- Reliable and comfortable working remotely, with clear communication
- Able to take feedback and turn revisions around quickly

What We Offer
- Fully remote work
- Competitive salary in line with industry standards
- Work on varied brands, formats and creative IPs
- Room to experiment with new formats and AI-driven workflows
- A fast-growing studio where your work is seen, and you can grow with us
