What is Ganzo?

Ganzo is for the night you're hungry, have no idea what to cook, and are one tap away from ordering in.

It's an Indian cooking sauce in a glass jar. Pour it into a pan, add chicken or paneer, and you have a proper curry in about ten minutes. No chopping, no recipe, no skill needed. One jar feeds three to four people.

We're starting with three: Tikka Masala, Butter Masala and Shahi Malai. They're made with real ghee and khoya, and without preservatives, colours, artificial flavours, starch or palm oil.

Where we are: the recipes are being finalised and tested for production, and nothing is on shelves yet. Until it is, we're showing people how a food company actually gets built. Ganzo is the first brand from our company, HD Foods.

You'd be one of the first two people we've ever hired. There's no visual style, no template pack and no "how we do things here". Whatever this feed ends up looking like, you'll have cut it from the first post.

What you'll do

- Edit 3–4 Reels a week: the cut, the pacing, the captions, the sound and everything in between
- Own the first two seconds. If the opening frame doesn't stop a thumb, nothing after it matters
- Help us shoot, and tell us what to shoot differently so the edit gets easier
- Own Ganzo's Instagram day to day: posting, stories, replies and DMs
- Keep the footage organised so we can find things (unglamorous we know, but it matters)

This is you if

- You've trimmed four frames off a clip and felt the difference
- You save reels for the edit, not the content
- You can watch a reel on mute and tell whether it'll work
- You think most reels are over-edited, and you can say which effect you'd remove




- You notice bad caption fonts and it ruins your day (v imp)
- You can turn around a rough cut the same day
- Phone footage doesn't scare you

This isn't you if

- Your style is whatever template is trending this week
- You think more transitions means a better edit
- Every edit takes you a week

What you get

- Paid properly. ₹10,000–20,000 a month for 6 months. Around 15–20 hours a week, built around your college schedule. Mumbai, in person for shoots. Approximately twice a month.
- A feed that's yours. Edit credit on captions, access to the analytics, and all of it in your portfolio.
- Real footage, and lots of it. Kitchen trials, production runs, two founders arguing. You won't be starved for material. We promise.
- Taste gets the final say. If your cut is better than what we asked for, yours ships.
- Feedback you can use. Two founders, no layers, usually the same day. We will never say "make it pop".
- A seat most interns never get. You'll watch a product go from kitchen trials to a quick commerce shelf, and you'll have been here before the first jar sold.
- Whatever makes you better. Any course, plugin or resource that helps you learn, reimbursed.
- A reference that means something. We'll have seen your work every day, and we'll say so to anyone who asks.
