- Create compelling storylines through scripting, storyboarding, and mood-boarding.

- Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity, communication guidelines, and project objectives.

Shoot

Planning, Direction &

- Execution

- Plan and organize shoots including location scouting, scheduling, equipment coordination, and resource allocation.

- Direct on-site shoots to ensure creative vision, performance, and technical quality.

- Troubleshoot production challenges and maintain smooth workflow during shoots.

3. Team Leadership &

- Coordination

- Manage production teams (videographers, photographers, assistants, creative staff).

- Provide direction and feedback to ensure high-quality filming and storytelling.

- Foster a cooperative, efficient, and creatively engaging team environment.

4.

Collaboration With

Editors &

- Post-Production

- Work closely with video editors for seamless post-production.





- Review rough cuts and final edits to maintain creative integrity and brand standards.

- Ensure timely delivery of final video outputs as per project timelines.

5. Branding &

- Social Media Integration

- Support social media teams with optimized video content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

- Enhance brand visibility, engagement, and storytelling across digital channels.

- Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across all video formats.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Mass Communication, or related field.

- Experience: 3–5 years in video production, creative direction, or related roles.

- Technical Skills: Video production tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Camera handling.

- Behavioral Competencies: Creativity, leadership, attention to detail, teamwork, time management, problem-solving.
