Our client, a truly global powerhouse, is building India's first AI-enabled semiconductor foundry, a major step toward establishing India as a meaningful participant in the global semiconductor value chain. We are looking for an exceptional Semiconductor Equipment Supply Chain leader to help build one of the foundational capabilities behind this ambition.

This is not simply a procurement leadership position. It is an opportunity to build the equipment supply-chain architecture behind a greenfield semiconductor ecosystem, working with the world's leading equipment manufacturers and technology partners to ensure that highly complex, mission-critical equipment is sourced, delivered, installed, supported and optimized as India's semiconductor manufacturing capabilities scale.

The Chance

As VP, Semiconductor Equipment Supply Chain, you will own the strategy and execution required to build a resilient, globally connected semiconductor-equipment supply chain.

You will work at the intersection of technology, manufacturing, global procurement, engineering and operations, helping translate an ambitious semiconductor roadmap into the physical infrastructure required to manufacture chips at scale.

Responsibilities include

- Build the global equipment supply-chain strategy supporting the foundry's technology roadmap, fab buildout and future capacity expansion.
- Develop strategic relationships with semiconductor equipment OEMs, technology suppliers and critical ecosystem partners, and lead major negotiations covering equipment, spares,



services and lifecycle support.
- Establish resilient global supply strategies addressing long lead times, geopolitical complexity, logistics constraints and supply disruptions.
- Own equipment planning across the lifecycle; from sourcing and logistics through installation, ramp and ongoing support - while partnering with manufacturing, engineering, technology and R&D; to ensure equipment readiness.
- Build world-class capabilities across supplier performance, quality, compliance, safety, sustainability and technology-enabled equipment lifecycle management.
- Build and lead a high-performing organization capable of supporting one of India's most consequential industrial technology programs.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for a semiconductor leader who has operated inside a world-class equipment, fab or advanced-manufacturing environment and understands what it takes to build and run a sophisticated global equipment supply chain.

You will likely have:

- 15+ years of progressive supply-chain experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility, ideally within semiconductors or another highly complex technology-equipment environment.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor equipment ecosystems, with direct experience managing global OEMs, strategic suppliers and major procurement negotiations.
- Proven experience managing complex equipment lifecycles, including lead times, capacity planning, logistics, trade considerations and supply continuity across multiple geographies.
- Experience implementing modern supply-chain and equipment management technologies, including analytics, automation, IoT, predictive maintenance or digital twins.
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, manufacturing, operations, technology and executive leadership.
- An engineering, supply-chain or related undergraduate degree; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus
