We are looking for responsible and field-oriented Verification Officers to conduct address and document verification for loan applications. The candidate will be responsible for visiting applicants' locations, verifying the information provided in the loan application, collecting required details, and submitting accurate verification reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct residential and address verification of loan applicants.

- Visit applicant's residence, workplace, business premises, or other relevant locations.

- Verify applicant details against the information provided in the loan application.

- Conduct document verification as per company guidelines.

- Interact with applicants, family members, neighbours, employers, or business associates when required.

- Collect and record relevant information during field visits.

- Take photographs and collect supporting documents/details as required.

- Identify discrepancies, incorrect information, or suspicious cases and report them to the concerned team.

- Prepare and submit accurate field verification reports within the given timeline.





- Maintain confidentiality of customer and loan-related information.

- Coordinate with the loan processing/verification team for any clarification or additional verification.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10th Pass.

- Freshers are welcome;

experience in field verification, loan collection, banking, insurance, sales, delivery, or similar field work will be an advantage.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of reading and writing English/Hindi/Bengali.

- Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.

- Should have an Android smartphone.

- Honest, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and complete assigned verification within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of the local area.

- Basic smartphone and mobile application skills.

- Good observation and reporting ability.

- Customer handling skills.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
