About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Manager for our Indian MNC client . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in vendor management, procurement, contingent workforce management, staffing partner management, and IT resource fulfillment .

This role requires someone who can manage staffing vendors, implementation partners, consulting firms, and supplier relationships for ERP, CRM, Data, AI, Cloud, and emerging technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage vendor empanelment, onboarding, and documentation.
- Handle procurement coordination for staffing and contingent workforce requirements.
- Build and manage relationships with staffing vendors, consulting partners, and system integrators.
- Support contingent workforce hiring across contract, C2H, T&M;, and project-based roles.
- Coordinate with internal teams, procurement teams, HR, TA, and business stakeholders.
- Share open requirements with vendors and ensure timely profile submissions.
- Negotiate rates, margins, payment terms, and vendor agreements.
- Track vendor performance, SLA adherence, quality of submissions, turnaround time, and closures.




- Maintain vendor database, rate cards, contracts, compliance documents, and empanelment records.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, vendor governance, and client process requirements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
