Position: Van FE (Field Executive)

Department: Operations / Last Mile

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments within the assigned route and service area.
- Collect shipments from customers/sellers and deliver them safely to the assigned destination.
- Perform shipment scanning and status updates through the required mobile application.
- Verify shipment details, customer address, and delivery instructions before completing deliveries.
- Ensure proper handling of COD collections and follow the companys cash-handling process.
- Maintain shipment safety and minimize loss, damage, misrouting, and delivery errors.
- Coordinate with customers and provide skilled service during pickup and delivery.
- Achieve assigned daily productivity, SLA/TAT, and delivery targets.
- Report failed deliveries, address issues, customer concerns, and other operational challenges to the concerned team.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle and follow all road safety, company SOPs, and compliance requirements.
