About the role
We are building software products across different industries and are looking for a creative Product Designer to own UI/UX design across our web and mobile products.
You should be able to take a screen full of data, decisions or complicated steps and make it feel simple and intuitive. We value original ideas, but we also expect you to test whether users understand your design and work closely with developers to get it built well.
What you will do
- Own the design process from understanding the problem through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI and review of the built product.
- Design intuitive experiences for mobile apps, websites, dashboards and data-heavy workflows.
- Simplify complex screens using clear information hierarchy, navigation, tables, filters, forms, states and helpful visual explanations.
- Speak with users and internal teams, test designs, and improve them using feedback.
- Create and maintain reusable components and design systems that keep multiple products consistent and efficient to build.
- Prepare clear specifications for developers, including interactions, responsive layouts, empty states, errors and edge cases.
- Work with the CTO,
developers and tester to resolve usability issues before release.
- Manage design priorities across products, meet agreed deadlines and communicate blockers early.
Required skills
- Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, auto layout and interactive prototypes.
- UI design: typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy, icons and attention to detail.
- UX design: user flows, information architecture, wireframing and interaction design.
- Experience designing both web applications and mobile apps.
- Ability to design complex dashboards and data-rich screens without overwhelming users.
- Responsive design, accessibility fundamentals and practical developer handoff.
- User research and usability testing, even when time and resources are limited.
- A portfolio that shows your thinking, design decisions and shipped work-not only polished screenshots.
You will do well here if you are Creative enough to find better ways to solve a problem, thoughtful enough to keep the interface simple, and open to feedback from users and teammates. You should enjoy taking ownership, working collaboratively and improving a product after launch.
How to apply
Please include a portfolio link and two case studies. We are especially interested in an example where you simplified a complex workflow, dashboard or data-heavy screen. Show us the original problem, your design decisions and the result.
