We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team in Bengaluru and shape intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Translate user and business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
- Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design responsive and accessible user experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, UI Designers, and stakeholders.
- Identify usability issues and recommend solutions to improve user experience and engagement.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, UX standards, patterns, and reusable components.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand, accessibility, and usability guidelines.
- Support developers during implementation and ensure the final product aligns with approved designs.
- Analyze product usage and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in UX/UI design and user-centered design methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Robust understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Good understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
- Strong knowledge of UX design patterns and design systems.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with enterprise applications or complex B2B products.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and service design.
- Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development.
- Experience working with analytics tools and using user behavior data to improve UX.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.
