Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Technical Recruiter with solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for US-based IT clients. The ideal candidate should have experience working with MSP/VMS clients, US job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
- Source qualified IT professionals through job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other platforms.
- Work on W2, C2C, and other hiring requirements based on client needs.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients and understanding their recruitment processes.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability,



communication skills, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, account managers, and clients.
- Maintain candidate information, submission details, and recruitment updates in ATS platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets, submission goals, and placement deadlines.

Required Skills

- 2–6 years of experience in US IT Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end US recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with US job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients is preferred.
- Knowledge of US IT technologies, job descriptions, and technical skill requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts.
