We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while working closely with hiring managers to meet client requirements within timelines.
Desired profile:
- 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong experience in W2 and permanent hiring
- Must be a local to Hyderabad
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain solid communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
