Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic fresh graduates to join our US Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or Science, along with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn and understand US recruitment processes, terms, and hiring practices.




- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or any Science-related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition concepts.
- Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based research.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of US recruitment or staffing processes.
- Understanding of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
