Responsibilities

- Source and screen qualified IT candidates for US-based requirements.
- Work on technical roles across various IT technologies.
- Use LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Work with Account Managers to understand client requirements.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
- Knowledge of US work authorization is preferred.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
