Role SummaryPioneer Consulting Services is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. The role involves supporting full-time/permanent hiring requirements in the US market by identifying suitable job opportunities, matching candidate profiles with client requirements, submitting profiles, and coordinating interviews and feedback.

Candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements from direct clients and implementation partners in the US market.
- Identify suitable job openings for candidates seeking full-time/permanent opportunities.
- Match candidate profiles with relevant job requirements based on skills and experience.
- Submit qualified candidate profiles to clients and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up on client feedback.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate marketing lifecycle.




- Build and maintain qualified relationships with hiring managers and vendors.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of candidate profiles and job requirements.
- Track profile submissions, interviews, offers, and successful closures.
- Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple candidate profiles and job requirements simultaneously.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Basic understanding of the full-time hiring process or willingness to learn.
- Valuable negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
