Job Summary :- We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of genuine US staffing experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on W2 Full time requirements and should have exposure to recruiting for Engineering/Technical roles.Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US-based IT and Engineering positions.
- Work on W2 Full-Time requirements and understand W2 hiring processes.
- Experience working on Engineering/Technical roles such as Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, or related positions.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, locations, shifts, and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.




- Work closely with Account Managers / Business Development teams to fulfill open requirements.
- Meet daily/weekly submission and recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- 6 months – 1 year of genuine US IT Staffing experience.
- Hands-on experience with W2 Full-Time hiring is mandatory.
- Prior experience recruiting for Engineering/Technical roles preferred.
- Good understanding of the US recruitment process and hiring lifecycle.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift and from the Noida office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
