Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening to on-boarding current hires.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates who meet their needs.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in US IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of international hiring (C2C) processes and regulations.
- Experience working with direct clients or W2 employees preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems like ATs.
