Key Responsibilities • Understand US IT job requirements from account managers and clients.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen candidates on technical skills, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Connect with and engage active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.




- Maintain candidate records and update the tracking system.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates.

Requirements • 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

- Experience working with full time roles on W-2.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to source, screen, and connect with quality candidates.
- Knowledge of the US hiring process and job portals (preferred).
