Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of strong experience in core IT staffing and Direct Client recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, submitting, and managing candidates for technical requirements across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Direct Client requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable IT professionals.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, and work authorization.
Submit qualified candidates to Direct Clients and manage the submission process.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer/closure processes.
Maintain solid candidate relationships throughout the recruitment cycle.
Work closely with Account Managers / Client Managers to understand hiring requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
Strong experience working on Direct Client requirements.
Good understanding of core IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Data Engineering, Full Stack, Business Analyst, etc.
Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Candidates with experience working on Direct Client / MSP / VMS requirements will be preferred.
