Job Overview

Aptino, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening and validation calls
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS




- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)
- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
- Familiarity with US time zones
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
