Role: US Healthcare Recruitment Team Lead

Experience: 5 to 8+ years in US Healthcare Recruitment, with 13+ years in a Team Lead/Lead Recruiter role

Location: Bangalore / WFH

Shift: US Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of US Healthcare Recruiters handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Drive recruitment for healthcare professionals such as RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Allied Health, Therapists, and other clinical/non-clinical roles.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding, and placement.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly recruitment metrics and ensure team targets are achieved.
- Review recruiter performance, provide coaching, and improve productivity and closure rates.
- Ensure candidates meet required licenses, certifications, experience, background checks, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with clients, Account Managers, and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment reports, MIS, pipelines, submissions,



interviews, and closures.
- Resolve candidate/client issues and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Train recent recruiters on US healthcare recruitment processes, terminology, sourcing techniques, and compliance.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team of recruiters.
- Good understanding of US healthcare roles and staffing requirements.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Knowledge of ATS, VMS, CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment databases.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in US shifts.
- Target-oriented with strong team-management and leadership capabilities.
