We are hiring experienced Engineering Recruiters to support US clients across Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Manufacturing, Electronics, Automotive, and Industrial Engineering.

Roles Supported:

Avionics, Electrical, Hardware, Mechanical, RF, Systems, Reliability, Quality, Logistics & Project Engineering.

Responsibilities:

- Source and screen engineering candidates for US requirements.
- Understand technical JDs and identify qualified candidates.
- Use LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed and other job portals for sourcing.
- Validate technical skills, education, experience, location and work authorization.
- Manage candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews and follow-ups.
- Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets.

Preferred Experience:

- 2+ years of US Engineering Recruitment experience.
- Aerospace/Defense/Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of CATIA, SolidWorks, Altium, ANSYS, ENOVIA, RF/5G, CAD/CAE, PLM, AS9100, FAA and other engineering standards is a plus.
- Robust Boolean search, sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
