We are hiring experienced US Dispatchers

Location - Gurugram - on site

Night Shift - 5: 30 pm to 2 : 30 am

Role Description The Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for coordinating daily transportation and delivery activities. This role includes assigning loads and routes to drivers, monitoring vehicle locations and schedules, and updating internal systems with accurate status information. The Dispatcher communicates regularly with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to manage pick-ups, deliveries, and any schedule changes or issues.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of shipments, resolving routine operational problems, escalating complex issues as needed, and supporting adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or US-dispatch operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers, internal teams,



and customers in a transparent and professional manner.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities accurately.
- Comfort with using dispatch or routing software, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.
- Attention to detail in maintaining records, schedules, and documentation related to shipments and deliveries.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when responding to delays, route changes, or unexpected operational issues.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon and collaborate closely with local operations and warehouse staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in logistics or trucking dispatch is preferred but not mandatory for strong entry-level candidates.
