We’re looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in US staffing and W2 requirements.
Key Requirements
- Min 1 to 3+ year of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience working on US IT requirements.
- Prior experience working on W2 requirements.
- Experience working with implementation partners, preferably
HCL Technologies and Persistent Systems.
- Good understanding of US IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and submission processes.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.
