Control Print Limited is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer payment collections, ensure timely cash inflow, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers and collect payments before due date

- Achieve monthly collection targets

- Maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) within target limits

- Reconcile AR ledgers with the general ledger

- Resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments

- Maintain records of customer interactions and payment status

- Ensure TDS and GST compliance

- Support audit-related queries and prepare internal reports

- Manage a portfolio of 500 to 600 customer accounts

Desired Candidate Profile:

- B.Com graduate

- 23 years of experience in collections/payment follow-up

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)

- Basic knowledge of TDS and GST

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
