Corporate Legal Looking for freshers who completed their Company Secretary (CS) .

- Review, draft and vet corporate legal documents, agreements, resolutions, undertakings, notices and other legal documentation.
- Provide support on day-to-day corporate legal matters and advise internal stakeholders on applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct legal research on the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, LLP Act, FEMA and other applicable corporate laws.
- Identify legal and compliance risks and assist in developing appropriate mitigation measures.
- Support corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, incorporation, conversion and other strategic corporate transactions.
- Assist in legal due diligence, document review and maintenance of corporate data rooms.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants and other professional advisors on corporate legal matters.
- Qualification: CS / CS + LLB preferred.
- Experience:freshers in Corporate Legal,



Corporate Law, Legal & Compliance, or Corporate Secretarial functions.
- Solid understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, MCA/ROC compliance and corporate governance.
- Hands-on experience in legal drafting, document vetting, due diligence and corporate documentation.
- Experience in corporate actions such as share allotment, rights issue, private placement, buyback, restructuring or conversion will be an advantage.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple compliance and legal assignments.
