This role is in the AGENCY CHANNEL. Your main job is to RECRUIT insurance advisors and drive business through them.

We are hiring for one of the top reputed Health Insurance companies in India. Build and lead your own team of insurance advisors in your home city, and grow fast with a leading brand.

Job locations: Surat | Vadodara | Bharuch

Role purpose:

Expand and manage a strong agency network of insurance advisors, driving sales growth and steady long-term business.

Key responsibilities:

- Recruit, train and develop insurance advisors / agents
- Drive insurance sales through your agency network and achieve targets
- Monitor and support advisors with joint field calls and regular guidance
- Build strong relationships with advisors for long-term retention
- Conduct product and process training for your advisor team
- Follow IRDAI / regulatory norms and company policies

What we are looking for:





- 1 to 5 years in sales, agency development or financial services
- Life Insurance agency / ADM experience is strongly preferred
- Good knowledge of equity and financial products
- Strong people management and networking skills
- Must live in the job city or a nearby area. No relocation.
- At least 1 year in your current or last company
- Graduate in any discipline
- Valuable communication in Hindi. Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
