Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Officer Production to manage day-to-day production operations at our Neemrana sauce manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes, adherence to quality and food safety standards, optimum utilization of manpower and materials, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor day-to-day sauce manufacturing operations as per production plans and standard operating procedures.

- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, hygiene and food safety standards.

- Monitor processes such as batch preparation, mixing, cooking, processing, filling and packing as applicable.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Planning teams for smooth production operations.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, packaging materials and machinery.

- Monitor production parameters, batch records, material consumption and production output.

- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of production reports, batch records and MIS.

- Identify production issues,



process deviations and breakdown-related concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and plant safety requirements.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and 5S standards across the production area.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce wastage and minimize downtime.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and production processes.

Desired Skills

- Experience in Food/FMCG manufacturing, preferably sauces, condiments, beverages or similar processed food products.

- Knowledge of sauce manufacturing processes, batch processing and filling/packing operations.

- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and food safety practices.

- Production planning, manpower handling and shop-floor management.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, production reports and MIS.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant/production environment.
