- Accounts Receivable. (required experience 5-6 years)

- Own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process including billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and obtain balance confirmations
- Prepare and present AR aging reports, overdue analysis, DSO trends, collection forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, accounting standards, and internal control policies.
- Support internal and external audits related to receivables.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all AR transactions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes and improve collection efficiency.




- Lead resolution of complex customer disputes related to pricing, claims, deductions, rebates, logistics, and invoicing issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in finance or related field
- MBA finance or CA Semi Qualified is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge in ERP tools (Oracle, SAP knowledge will add an advantage).
- Solid experience in credit control, collections, customer reconciliations, and AR reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and financial controls.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
