Role & responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Dell EMC Storage and Backup solutions,
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage, backup, and recovery-related incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery operations across enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot backup failures, storage performance issues, connectivity problems, and data protection incidents.
- Administer and support, including policy management, scheduling, capacity monitoring, and reporting.
- 2-7 years of experience in technical support, storage administration, or backup operations.
- Experience supporting Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, RAID, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and data protection solution .

Administer and support Avamar backup infrastructure, including policy management, scheduling, capacity monitoring, and reporting.
