Role & responsibilities:

- To ensure no shortage of Packaging Material at plants
- To ensure release of purchase orders to vendors timely

- Checks inventory, tracks how inventory used & share the daily stock report & usage trends.

- Resolving vendor disputes and any quality-related issues.

- Develop & Maintain relationships with new & existing suppliers.

- Coordination with plant teams at different locations

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in raw material procurement/handling in the food industry.

- Knowledge of food safety standards and procurement best practices.

Key Skills:

- High Integrity & transparency in dealing.

- Basic knowledge & Industry experience of at least 2 years in purchase of packaging material.

- Positive knowledge of ERP.

- Must be expert in MS excel & MIS reports.

- Good negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal team.

- Technical qualification in Printing/Packaging will be an added advantage.
