Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented English Evaluators to evaluate phonics-based reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native English teachers from the US and UK.

The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in English along with a clear understanding of phonics, pronunciation, reading skills, and English language assessment.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native English teachers.
- Assess teachers' performance against predefined evaluation rubrics and quality guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to improve teaching quality.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, observations, and feedback.
- Follow a data-driven approach while evaluating and reporting performance.
- Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Ensure consistency in evaluating pronunciation, reading fluency, phonics application, and language delivery.
- Demonstrate a strong and practical understanding of phonics principles.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / English Literature or a closely related field.
- Robust understanding of phonics principles and their application in reading and pronunciation.
- Familiarity with US and UK phonics curriculum standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical and evaluation-oriented mindset.
- Ability to provide constructive and meaningful feedback.
- Comfortable working with digital evaluation tools and online platforms.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a WFH environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in English teaching, phonics teaching, language teaching, teacher training, or academic evaluation.
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with online education platforms, e-learning tools, or virtual classrooms.
- Strong understanding of English pronunciation, reading, and phonics-based instruction.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Important Note Candidates with a specialization/academic background specifically in English will be preferred for this position.
