Responsible for achieving business and revenue targets. Recruit, onboard and develop new insurance agents. Build and manage a robust agency network. Activate agents and ensure regular business/productivity.
Guide and support agents to achieve their assigned targets. Generate business through the agency channel. Develop relationships with agents and support them in customer acquisition. Conduct regular field visits and assist the agency team in business generation.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business goals. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance and regulatory requirements.
