We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with robust hands-on expertise in UKG HRIS solutions. The role will focus on technical configuration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support. The resource will work closely with UKG, implementation partners, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable, and supportable solutions. Oracle HCM Cloud experience is a nice-to-have.

Description

- Act as the senior technical subject matter expert for UKG and translate HR requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise across UKG configuration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, releases, and production support.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, business stakeholders, UKG,



and implementation vendors to support a reliable HR technology platform. Key Responsibilities UKG Platform Leadership

- Serve as the technical SME for UKG solutions and provide guidance on platform capabilities, technical standards, and solution design.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG modules, business processes, workflows, security roles, permissions, and user access
- Plan and support enhancements, releases, patches, upgrades, and technical regression activities.
- Maintain technical design documents, configuration records, operational procedures, and support knowledge.
