About the role

Rollo Consulting is hiring a Kronos Consultant to support time and attendance for a global manufacturer with a multi-country hourly workforce. You will own day-to-day UKG Kronos support, configuration changes, and the integrations that move employee and schedule data between Workday, Kronos, and downstream payroll.

Time and attendance data drives what people are paid, so this role rewards precision. You will work closely with Rollo's Workday consultants and project lead, and you will often be the person who spots an integration problem before it reaches a timecard.

What you will do

- Resolve UKG Kronos support tickets covering timecards, schedules, accruals, punches, and end-user escalations
- Configure and maintain pay rules, work rules, shift patterns, schedule groups, accrual policies, and other time and attendance settings
- Implement policy changes requested by HR and payroll, and validate results against expected outcomes before and after release
- Monitor the health of Kronos integrations, including the inbound Workday employee and work shift feed and outbound exports to payroll
- Triage integration errors, trace them to the source system, and correct mappings or data in coordination with the Workday team
- Build, modify, and support Boomi integration processes that connect Kronos with upstream and downstream systems
- Test changes in non-production environments and confirm the affected employee population before any production change
- Document all fixes, configuration changes, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Communicate proactively with the Rollo project lead and client stakeholders on ticket status, risks, and your availability

What you bring (required)

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on UKG Kronos experience in Workforce Central, Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), or both
- Working knowledge of time and attendance configuration: pay rules, work rules, schedules, and accruals
- Experience supporting Kronos integrations,



including reading interface logs, diagnosing failed records, and correcting data mappings
- Experience working a ticket queue against SLAs in a live production environment
- Disciplined change practice: you validate scope in a lower environment and escalate when you are unsure
- Explicit written and spoken English, and the habit of telling your lead early when you are blocked or unavailable
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated work setup suitable for accessing a client environment through VDI

Preferred

- Hands-on Boomi (AtomSphere) experience building or maintaining integration processes, especially within UKG Pro WFM's integration framework
- Experience with a Workday to Kronos integration (employee demographics, job data, and work shifts)
- Experience supporting multi-country hourly workforces, including Mexico or Latin America
- Exposure to payroll interfaces from Kronos to providers such as ADP
- UKG or Boomi certification

- You will report to a Rollo project lead and work alongside senior consultants who review higher-risk changes with you
- Production changes with broad impact follow a dual sign-off before execution
- You will be part of the client's delivery team and represent Rollo Consulting in all client interactions
