Resource Requirement - UiPath Automation & Agentic Solution Architect

. We require a strong technical practitioner who can lead technical design and provide architectural direction while personally configuring the platform, analyzing process data, developing automations, and solving technical problems.

Expected balance: approximately 80% hands-on technical delivery and 20% architecture, technical leadership and strategy.

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead hands-on UiPath platform configuration and technical delivery.
- Configure Automation Cloud environments, users, permissions, assets, queues and supporting services.
- Lead UiPath Process Mining configuration and development.
- Define data and event-log requirements and validate operational data.
- Analyze process variants, bottlenecks, and exceptions.
- Personally develop UiPath RPA automations and reusable components.
- Build APIs and enterprise system integrations.
- Implement exception handling, logging, and operational controls.
- Develop rapid proof of concept.
- Design and build agentic automation solutions, including objectives, tools, context, rules and guardrails.
- Implement human-in-the-loop patterns where appropriate.
- Lead technical testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Assess RPA versus AI versus agentic versus integration approaches.
- Support technical feasibility, prioritization, and pragmatic technical standards.

Essential Experience

- Strong, recent hands-on UiPath development experience.
- Advanced UiPath Studio capability.
- UiPath Orchestrator and/or Automation Cloud experience.
- Hands-on Process Mining capability.
- Enterprise system and API integration.
- Exception handling, queues and reusable component design.




- Experience working with operational and event-log data.
- Solution architecture experience combined with current development capability.
- Experience taking enterprise automations from concept through development, testing and deployment.
- Solid stakeholder communication and technical troubleshooting skills.

- UiPath Task Mining and exposure to Process Mining.
- UiPath agentic automation and Agent Builder.
- UiPath Task Mining.
- UiPath Document Understanding.
- Large language model and AI integration.
- Microsoft Azure AI.
- Human-in-the-loop automation.
- Automation discovery and roadmap development.

Key screening point: we need an architect who still builds. Candidates whose recent experience is primarily governance, presentation-led architecture, strategy or oversight would not be the right fit.

Experience integrating UiPath with Microsoft Azure AI services, large language models or other enterprise AI services would be advantageous.
